Exercises to avoid During Pregnancy: be careful

Pregnancy exercises are very important. But not all exercises can be done during pregnancy. it is better to avoid some of the exercises during pregnancy for the you and your baby’s safety. Various changes take place inside the body of pregnant woman during pregnancy. Similarly you will also have to change some of your daily activities after conception. For example, irregular eating habits, dancing, sports and also tough exercises which are harsh to you. So, some of the earlier exercises should be avoided during pregnancy. There is confusion among pregnant woman on proper pregnancy exercises. Do not confuse as there is expert health advisor and doctor to help and guide you. You should not include exercises which may cause any type of risk for your pregnancy.

There are many exercises to avoid. Running is beneficial in normal days but in pregnancy avoid running. It may cause injury, dehydration and miscarriages. Hard aerobic should be avoided. Exercises which have bending movements’ should not be done. Do not take support of your stomach foe exercising. Do not stand for much time during pregnancy exercise. Do not choose the exercises which stress you and which need much of energy to perform. Not only some exercises but some sports should also be avoided. Scuba diving, soccer, basketball, snow skiing, skating, sky diving, surfing, snowboarding and other sports which need extra effort must be avoided. These are sometime very dangerous for the baby during pregnancy. An activity like diving creates air bubbles in the blood stream which may be dangerous for both mother and baby. Snow skiing may cause damage to your uterus. Snowboarding may damage your abdomen.

Apart from this rides are not permitted during pregnancy. Avoid amusement park rides, horseback riding, speed driving and post sport sauna as it may cause abdominal tension. Also avoid laud laugh which may put pressure on your uterus and may affect your pregnancy. Do not do hard laborious work unless you will feel tired and this is not good for your pregnancy.

Exercises to avoi during pregnancy are very big topic to discuss. In any case go for the exercises which make you feel good and relaxed. If you are feeling pain in your chest, dizziness, faint, headache, muscles pull, muscles pain, vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain and unnecessary stretching in your whole body after particular exercise then contact your trainer or doctor immediately.

Avoid bad food habits and go for the nutritious diet during pregnancy along with proper exercise. Follow healthy lifestyle for healthy pregnancy. For this you should avoid some exercises. Sometime regular or general back pain and stretching in lower abdomen can be treated as side effect of wrong exercises. But it is not always true. It is true that there are some exercises to avoid but first consult your doctor in any case. Pregnancy may cause some weight gain but it is important up to some limit.
