Pregnancy is wonderful only when everything run smoothly. Avoid fried foods, papaya, dates and heavy diet. Always take frequent small diets to lower the problem of heartburn, gas and indigestion during pregnancy. Do not drink much of tea, coffee and cold drinks. Avoid alcohols and smoking. The main thing is that follow the diet which helps in your child development during pregnancy. But do not be overweight.
