Pregnancy nutrition: need of healthy pregnancy
Pregnancy nutrition is as much important as pregnancy is. Do not misguide your pregnancy. Your full devotion and your family full support is the key of good pregnancy. After the confirmation of pregnancy make a chart of your proper diet. If you have a planned pregnancy then definitely you have planned for the diet before conception and diet after conception. In planned pregnancy emphasis is more on the healthy lifestyle not only during pregnancy but also before pregnancy. Take proper diet rich in vitamins and minerals before pregnancy. After conception, plan diet rich in fibber and vitamins. Take supplement of vitamins and folic acid as per the advice of your gynecologist. Eat much of fruits except papaya and dates which is the main reason of miscarriages during first trimester of pregnancy. Avoid it in whole pregnancy, if possible.
Pregnancy nutrition is a balanced diet. Although we should eat balanced diet full of nutrition throughout the whole life but pregnancy time is very important as you are not single now. You are feeding two bodies at a time so special care is needed to maintain the proper development of baby inside mother’s body. Your body functions more speedily and many body parts are engaged in work which need extra effort than before conception. Like your heart has to pump more blood. Your digestive system has to work more. Your uterus is prepared for pregnancy. Your body is facing various changes which need extra nutrition for the desired pregnancy.
