Early Sign of Pregnancy
Early signs of pregnancy:
- Missed menstrual cycle: this is the most common early sign of pregnancy as generally couples are consulting doctors after missed period of would-be mom.
- light spotting: there may be light spotting which is pink or brown in colour due to the implantation of fertilised egg into the uterus before the menstrual cycle. These are not heavy.
- Frequent urination: after 7 to 12 days of the temperature rise of body at ovulation, you may feel frequent urination.
- Nausea: it is recorded in half of the pregnant lady.
- Ttenderness in nipples and breasts: these are because of hormonal changes inside the body. You may also have darker areolas.
- Constipation: most of the pregnant women are complaining that they are suffering from constipation.
- Tiredness: you may feel tired due to hormonal changes in the body.
- Uterine cramping: uterus contraction is normal during pregnancy. So, you may also consider uterus cramping an early sign of pregnancy.
- Increased body temperature: there is increase in basal body temperature at ovulation time.
- Aversion to food and smell aversion: you may dislike your favourite food during pregnancy. Sometime pregnant women are not comfortable with particular smell.
Once you have experienced the early sign of pregnancy, there is a need of final confirmation of pregnancy. If pregnancy is confirmed then let us pay more attention and care to your body as you are nourishing someone inside you. Both of you should contribute as much as you can do to avoid any risk. Your baby is inside your body so, take special care of your body for healthy pregnancy. Consult the good gynaecologist and follow his/her advise. Avoid smoking, alcohol, drugs, speed driving and exposure to the harmful substances. Eat only nutritious foods that keep your body healthy. Add fibber, folic acid and vitamin supplements in your diet. Do proper exercise under experts’ supervision. Go out for shopping some new trendy pregnancy clothes which should be beautiful at the same time comfortable too.
